SUNDAY MORNING PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:
French Toast
2 slices whole grain or sprouted bread (macros very slightly according to your choice of bread)
1 egg, 1 egg white
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings
2 tsp honey
1 TBSP shredded coconut
1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients for French Toast together and place in mixture until evenly coated on both sides. Pan cook 3-4 minutes each side. Top with toppings Enjoy the bliss!
