We deliver a “whole-YOU” approach in our wellness and weight loss services to help you reach your health and weight loss goals. It is our mission to rid you of the frustration you’ve faced with yo-yo weight cycles and struggling with consistency and instead, build a mind and body that allows you to easily maintain your results.
As health coaches and humans ourselves, we’ve seen (and experienced) the damage that mis-information can do to one’s mind and body. We’ve seen women starve themselves on 1200 calorie diets, beat themselves up for not ‘sticking to it’, buy into fad diets, struggle with eating carbs, do endless amounts of exercise, restrict themselves to all degrees, and year after year continue to not achieve the results they desire. We see the frustration, defeat, stress and the pain that so many of you are going through in pursuit of your goals and we are on a mission to change that!

NON-COACHING TRAINING PLANS
5-7 week cycle depending on phase of training. Includes option to send videos for analysis of proper execution and understanding of how to execute properly for your body to see the most optimal results and minimize injury.

VIRTUAL 1:1 TRAINING SESSIONS
The goal is to both help you learn how move your body, get appropriate cues for positioning and executing, to help improve intensity, give that push and understand how to push yourself appropriately, and to help start improving self-accountability

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION (CHICAGO-BASED CLIENTS)
Sessions have you understanding how to move your body to create the most optimized results. Some clients do this to get a little push on their own self training gym sessions, to help learn better positioning, improve intensity, create accountability, or to help with an injury or chronic pain.
